Weekly Cleanings Prep

Poolie Team: Mar 29, 2024

Thank you for choosing Poolie to take care of your pool! We’re excited to get started and want to ensure you’re well-prepared for your first service visit. Here are the eight most important things to keep in mind:

1. Service Visit Timing

Understanding the timing of our visits is crucial. It’s difficult to predict the exact time of arrival as cleaning times vary weekly. Rest assured, we strive to be as prompt as possible.

2. Your Presence Not Required

No need to adjust your schedule for us! Since pool equipment is typically located in the backyard, you can carry on with your day, whether that’s running errands or relaxing inside.

3. Pool Water Level

For an effective cleaning, please ensure your pool has the proper water level – halfway up the skimmer, or about two inches from the top. Be aware of any drain lines that might prevent overfilling.

4. Access to Pool and Equipment

Ensure we have clear access to both your pool and its equipment. This helps us provide efficient and thorough service.

5. Pet Safety

If you have pets, especially those that are a bit feisty, please keep them in a safe place away from the pool area during our visit.

6. Repairs and Upgrades

Remember, we do more than just clean! We can fix and upgrade anything on your pool’s equipment pad. Let us know if there’s anything specific you need.

7. Service Visit Report

After every visit, we’ll send you an email report detailing everything we did. This way, you’re always in the loop!

8. Payment Information
