You don’t need to be home for us to perform our job effectively. Our work is primarily in the backyard, so please feel free to go about your day as usual!
A proper water level is key for efficient servicing. Please ensure your pool’s water is halfway up the skimmer, ideally about two inches from the top. Be mindful of any drain lines that might limit filling.
Clear access to both your pool and its equipment is important for us to provide you with the best service.
If you have pets, particularly those that might be aggressive, please ensure they’re safely away from the pool area during our visit.
After our visit, we’ll send you a detailed email report of all the tasks performed during our service.
