Our repair team will then follow up to answer any questions and guide you through scheduling the actual repair work.
Timing of Technician Arrival
Providing an exact arrival time can be challenging, as our technicians visit multiple pools throughout the day, and each pool may require a different amount of time to service.
Our techs will stay in direct contact with you, providing updates on their ETA as they move through their schedule. We appreciate your understanding and aim to be as timely as possible.
No Need for Your Presence
You don’t need to be home for us to work effectively. Most repairs happen in the backyard, so feel free to go about your day as usual.
Pool Water Level
A proper water level is key to efficient servicing. Please ensure your pool’s water is at least halfway up the skimmer, ideally about two inches from the top. Keep drain lines in mind, as they may limit filling.
Access to Pool and Equipment
Clear access to both your pool and its equipment helps us work efficiently and safely.
Safety for Pets and Technicians
If you have pets, particularly those that might be aggressive, please ensure they’re safely away from the pool area during our visit.
After our visit, we’ll send you a detailed email report summarizing all tasks performed. This gives you a clear record of the work completed and the next steps if further service is needed.
